All questions should be directed to farmer@gardenofevefarm.com or 631-722-8777 X 5 for Eve
WHEN DO I PICK UP? NOTE THESE DATES!
Summer/Fall Shares are 24 weeks, except sunflower shares which will be 10 weeks (July 1-Sept 6).
**Due to Covid-19, our pickup site (the First Unitarian church on Pierrepont street), is closed. So WE ARE MAKING THE FOLLOWING CHANGES TO OUR USUAL PICK UP SCHEDULE. These changes will remain in effect until the church re-opens.
The season will now begin Saturday, June 13 and run through Saturday, Nov. 21 (the week before Thanksgiving).
Pickup details are:
Biweekly shares: You will get a “full” pickup, every other week.
Once the church re-opens and we have access to storage again, we will switch back to our usual Wednesday evening pick ups.
COVID 19 Precautions:
The farm will pack all shares in individual bags which will be labeled with people's names. Bags will be laid out in front of the church in alphabetical order, so that members can pick up without coming into contact with anyone. We will ask that you be respectful and not enter the church grounds until the person before has picked up their bag and left.
From our farmers, Eve and Chris:
Everyone has a role in a global crisis. We are committed to ours, as your farmers.

From our farmers, Eve and Chris:
Everyone has a role in a global crisis. We are committed to ours, as your farmers.
- We have our hands in the soil. (We wash them often!)
- We continue to sow seeds in our greenhouse, and in our fields.
- Our Farm Crew is healthy and is working daily to grow nourishing, sustainable food with care for our land. No one is working on the farm except our small staff, who are self-quarantined at home in our rural area, and healthy.
- We are safely transporting that food directly to our CSA members, friends and neighbors - and have been innovating and changing creatively as needed. All our staff are taking the utmost precautions in the packing and transport of your produce. We are using gloves and masks. We are sanitizing surfaces. For as long as this crisis continues, we will be pre-packing individual bags for people to take with them, so that no one off the farm will have touched your produce. ALL SHARES WILL BE IN PLASTIC BAGS that you can just pick up and go. There will be no touching crates.
- We can not accept any returned materials at this time, egg cartons, bags etc
