stir fried radishes, bok choy and bean sprouts

This recipe is simple and you can feel free to alter the amounts of vegetables or even substitute other quick cooking greens. I have used watercress instead of bok choy many times. This is a great accompaniment to grilled fish that has been marinated in soy sauce, garlic, orange juice and sesame oil.

Ingredients:

2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp vegetable oil (optional)
1 clove of garlic - finely chopped
1/4 cup sesame seeds

2 -3 heads of bok choy
1 bunch of red radishes
3 cups of bean sprouts

2 Tbs Soy Sauce

In a large saute pan, add oils, garlic and sesame seeds. Cook over low heat for 3 minutes. Garlic should not brown. If oil starts to smoke, it is too hot! Add bok choy, raise heat to high and stir for about 2 minutes. Bok choy should be cooked through but should remain crisp. Add radishes, stir for about 2 minutes. Add sprouts and cook for another 2 minutes until cooked through but still crisp. Stir in soy sauce. Serve immediately.
